After a discussion of the current situation, his business goals, and what’s been tried already, I ask the question, “If we move the clock forward to six months from now and you say to me ‘Helen, I don’t know how you did it but it worked’, I ask you ‘What does it look like?’ And that is where we start. We start with the desired results.
